This video deserved a post entirely dedicated to it. Complete perfection in very aspect; hair,
make-up, nails and styling. Perfect make-up with imperfections is pretty much what I live for
and this is a perfect depiction of that executed at its best. I could go on but the stills speak

Here are some OLD school stills of make up from some music videos. I like looking back
over where make up has been and where it's going, I remember seeing these visuals years
ago and being infatuated with the amount of work that must have gone into each look.
As usual in fashion, much of what we see here has since been regurgitated; blue lips,
dissipated colour, coloured brows (see Chanel in earlier post) and of course, my
all time favourite: monochromatics!

Screaming with inspiration

Just had a bit of a scour for inspiration and came across a barrage of images by various designers/MUAs. My head is spinning now and I'm recreating each look day by day. Some of my favourite make up features are back in a big way; strong lips, displaced liner, strong brows and monochromatic looks. Very strong make up with an edge of androgyny which I'm eternally obsessed with...
